  1. Mr. Fernando Tulio Cervetto, Minister Plenipotentiary of First Class (ID No. 13,808,104), is transferred from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, and Worship to the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina in Costa Rica.
  2. Mr. Fernando Tulio Cervetto, Minister Plenipotentiary of First Class (ID No. 13,808,104), is appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Argentina to the Republic of Costa Rica.
  3. The aforementioned official is accredited with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary for the duration of the assigned mission, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Foreign Service of the Nation No. 20,957.
  4. The expenses incurred in implementing this decree shall be covered by specific allocations from the Jurisdiction 35 – Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, and Worship.
  5. This decree shall be communicated, published, submitted to the National Directorate of the Official Registry, and archived.
